dc.description.abstractV této práci se pomocí teorie sítí aktérů (ANT) zaměřuji na začlenění nelidských aktérů (tj. sexuálních pomůcek) do struktury sociálních vztahů a na popis jejich významu a vlivu na ustanovení (enacting) a následné udržování role a identity v rámci BDSM. Kombinace etnografického výzkumu s teoretickým rámcem ANT, zejména s teoretickými premisami Bruno Latoura, mi umožňuje detailně popsat proces ustanovování rolí a identit. Klíčovým cílem práce je zohlednit roli materiálních objektů a jejich vliv na formování tělesné fyzičnosti. BDSM hra představuje vhodnou oblast pro tento výzkum, neboť klade důraz na samotné tělo, které je však neoddělitelné od objektů zapojených do hry nejen pro jejich symbolický význam, ale také pro jejich materiální vlastnosti. Práce je primárně popisná a hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: "Jak dochází k ustanovení role a identity jedince v rámci BDSM?" Upřesňující podotázka pak zní: "Jakým způsobem se na tomto ustanovení podílejí nelidští aktéři?"cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this thesis, I use Actor-Network Theory (ANT) to focus on the incorporation of non-human actors (i.e., sexual toys) into the structure of social relationships and to describe their importance and influence on the enactment and subsequent maintenance of role and identity within BDSM. The combination of ethnographic research with the theoretical framework of ANT, particularly the theoretical premises of Bruno Latour, allows me to describe in detail the process of role and identity establishment. A key aim of the thesis is to consider the role of material objects and their influence on the formation of bodily physicality. BDSM play represents an appropriate area for this research, as it emphasizes the body itself, which is, however, inseparable from the objects involved in play not only for their symbolic meaning but also for their material properties. The thesis is primarily descriptive and the main research question is: "How is the role and identity of the individual established within BDSM?" The refining sub-question is then: "In what ways are non-human actors involved in this establishment?"en
