dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na migrační a azylovou politiku v Evropské unii a v České republice. V práci je obsažena obecná část věnovaná základním pojmům, teoretická část, ve které je popsána současná právní úprava migrace a azylu v Evropské unii, včetně sekundárního práva Evropské unie a jeho účinek na právní úpravu České republiky. Další část je věnovaná právní úpravě migrace a azylu v České republice, zejména na průběh azylového řízení včetně práv a povinností žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu. V neposlední řadě práce obsahuje úvahu nad dopadem migrace a detencí žadatelů o azyl, obzvláště detenci dětí a de lege ferenda alternativy detence.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis focuses on the migration and the asylum policy in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The thesis contains a general part devoted to the basic concepts, a theoretical part describing the current legislation on the migration and the asylum in the European Union, including the secondary law of the European Union and its effect on the legal regulation of the Czech Republic. Another part is devoted to legal regulation of the migration and the asylum in the Czech Republic, especially on the course of asylum proceedings, including rights and obligations of applicants for international protection. Last but not least, the diploma thesis includes a reflection on the impact of the migration and the detention of asylum seekers, especially the detention of children and the de lege ferenda alternative of detention.en
