| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ergoterapii u tetraplegiků po šlachových transferech v oblasti horních končetin. V práci je blíže popsána problematika míšních lézí, která se následně zaměřuje na oblast tetraplegie a s ní spojenou úroveň soběstačnosti. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé typy transferů a konkrétní úkoly rehabilitace po tomto rekonstrukčním chirurgickém výkonu. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou identifikovány oblasti všedních denních aktivit s největší mírou zlepšení soběstačnosti pacientů po šlachovém transferu včetně zhodnocení vlivu typu chirurgického výkonu. Zhodnocen je rovněž vliv pravidelné dodatečné ergoterapie na zvýšení soběstačnosti ve zkoumaných oblastech všedních denních činností. V rámci kazuistických případových studií jsou navrženy vhodné ergoterapeutické metody s ohledem na daný stav pacienta a následně je zhodnocen jejich vliv na zvýšení soběstačnosti klientů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on occupational therapy for tetraplegia after tendon transfers in the area of upper limbs. The thesis describes the problem of spinal cord lesions, subsequently it focuses on tetraplegia and the related level of self-sufficiency. The following part describes the different types of transfers and the specific tasks of rehabilitation after reconstruction surgery. Based on the survey the areas of the activities of daily living with the highest degree of self-sufficiency improvements after tendon transfer, including the assessment of the impact of the type of surgery, are identified. There is also evaluated the influence of an additional and regular occupational therapy on the increase of self-sufficiency in the areas of particular ordinary daily activities. Within the case studies the appropriate occupational therapy methods with respect to the patient's condition are suggested and subsequently their influence on increase of patient's self-sufficiency is evaluated. | en |
