dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče v traumatologii, především ve vztahu k rekonvalescenci pacientů po traumatických úrazech. Teoretická část se věnuje definici traumatologie jako lékařského oboru, specifikům léčby traumat, klasifikaci poranění a významu práce všeobecných sester v rámci multidisciplinárního týmu. v praktické části je prezentováno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření realizované prostřednictvím strukturovaného elektronického dotazníku. Cílem výzkumu bylo zmapovat vliv ošetřovatelských intervencí na proces zotavení pacientů a identifikovat oblasti, které pacienti hodnotí jako klíčové pro svou spokojenost během hospitalizace. Výsledky ukázaly, že pacienti vnímají ošetřovatelskou péči velmi pozitivně, zejména s ohledem na dostupnost personálu, psychickou podporu, informovanost a tlumení bolesti. Mezi nejčastější intervence patřila kontrola operační rány, podávání analgetik a edukace. Výstupy výzkumu mohou sloužit jako zpětná vazba pro zlepšení kvality péče na traumatologických a ortopedických odděleních.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the specifics of nursing care in traumatology, par-ticularly in relation to the recovery of patients after traumatic injuries. The theoretical part defines traumatology as a medical discipline and describes the specifics of trauma tre-atment, classification of injuries, and the role of general nurses within the multidisciplinary team. The practical part presents quantitative research conducted using a structured electronic questionnaire. The aim of the research was to map the influence of nursing inter-ventions on the recovery process and to identify areas patients consider key to their satis-faction during hospitalization. The results showed that patients perceived nursing care very positively, especially in terms of staff availability, psychological support, information provi-sion, and pain management. The most common interventions included wound control, ad-ministration of analgesics, and patient education. The outcomes of the research may serve as feedback for improving the quality of care in trauma and orthopedic departments.en
