dc.description.abstractV diplomové práci na téma nezávislost soudců a advokátů v historickém vývoji je řešen jeden ze základních principů spravedlivého řízení a to nezávislost obou těchto právních profesí. Historickým průřezem vývoje postavení soudce spolu se srovnáním právní úpravy v jiných státech je konstatován současný stav nezávislosti soudců. Druhou část tvoří historický vývoj nezávislosti advokáta, který je doplněn právními úpravami některých členských států EU a současnou právní úpravou v ČR.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this diploma theses is the independence of the judges and the advocates and its historical development and it deals with one of the basic principles of the just trial the independence of both of these legal professions. The historical outline of the development of the status of the judges as well as the comparison of the legislation in other countries shows the current state of the independence of the judges. The second part is concerned with the historical development of the independence of the advocates as well as the legislation of some other member states of the European Union and the current legislation in the Czech Republic.en
