dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je hra na housle a zdravotní rizika s ní bezprostředně spojená. Tato práce popisuje hru na housle jak z teoretického, tak i z praktického hlediska. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje charakteristice houslí, jejich držení a základním pohybům levé a pravé horní končetiny. Druhá kapitola pojednává horní částí těla, správném dýchání a správném postavení těla vsedě a ve stoji. Součástí teoretické části je také část věnovaná kineziologickým rizikům souvisejícím se hrou na housle. Do praktické části jsem zařadila kazuistiky profesionálních houslistek doplněné o obrázky i návrhy kompenzačních cvičení. V závěrečné části se v kapitole ?Výsledky? snažím o sumární zhodnocení všech 4 kazuistik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of my Bachelor theses is playing the violin and description of eventual health risks immediately connected with playing that musical instrument. These Bachelor theses describe playing the violin from theoretical as well as practical viewpoints. The theoretical part is divided in 3 chapters. In the first chapter, there are described the violin characteristics, options of holding it and the basic motions of the left- and right- upper limbs. The second chapter of my Bachelor theses deals with motions of the upper body part, describes the breathing technique and specifies the correct position of the body while sitting and standing. Another chapter of this theoretical part deals with possible kinesiologic risks immediately connected with playing the violin. I also included casuistry of professional violists (practical part of my theses), completed with pictures and proposals of compensation trainings. In the final part of my theses (?Results?), I try to bring a summary evaluation of all 4 casuistries.en
