Článek zkoumá změnu koncepce řešení krize instituce finančního trhu. Text postupně charakterizuje jednotlivé nástroje, které právní úprava pro řešení krize instituce umožňuje a zkoumá zda a jakým způsobem je zasaženo do vlastnického práva zainteresovaných subjektů.
