| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce je, na základě práce s dostupnou literaturou, stanovit jak se měnila role sester od počátku 20. století po současnost. Práce vychází ze znalostí současných rolí sestry a na základě těchto skutečností a mnoha dalších faktorů, jako je postavení žen ve společnosti, politická situace v zemi či stav medicíny a ošetřovatelství, jsou role současné sestry srovnávány s rolí sestry v jednotlivých časových osách od dob první republiky až po současnost. | cs |
