dc.description.abstractTato práce se skládá z teoretické části, která se zabývá imunohistochemií, jejím principem a metodami, dále imunohistochemickými markery, jejich definicí a zaměřením na markery využívajícími se u nádorů hlavy a krku. Teoretickou část tvoří také popis jednotlivých typů nádorů hlavy a krku. Část praktická je zaměřená na aplikaci imunohistochemických markerů, popisem imunohistochemického barvení u vybraných typů nádorů a procentuálním zhodnocením pozitivity a negativity imunohistochemie, které přiblíží původ daného nádoru.cs

The theory section summarizes data from immunohistochemistry, its principles, and methods, and provides main information about head and neck tumors. The method section applies the immunohistochemical markers in the praxis of the head and neck tumor investigation, particularly focusing on their origin and clarification of the final diagnosis.en
