dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje rozvoji občanské společnosti a občanským právům v rakouských ústavách 19. století. Rozebírá jejich filozofická východiska, obsah a jejich garance v textu ústav. Zdůrazňuje rozdíl mezi právní úpravou de iure a de facto. Práce se hlavně zabývá problematikou suverenity lidu, která našla odraz v návrhu kroměřížské ústavy a byla formulována Františkem Ladislavem Riegrem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work is devoted to the development of the civic society and civil rights in the Austrian constitutions of the 19th century. It analyses the philosophical sources, contents and garantees in the texts of the constitutions. It stresses the difference between legal regulation de iure and de facto. The work deals mainly with the problematic if the sovereignty of the people, which reflected ito the text of the ,,kroměřížská constitution" and was expressed by Fr.L. Rieger.en
