dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitačním ošetřovatelstvím u pacienta po endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Práce má dvě části a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je zmíněna kineziologie i anatomie kloubu, indikace k operaci a druhy endoprotéz. Dále rozdělení předoperační, intraoperační, pooperační péče a také jsou zmíněny možné komplikace, které mohou nastat po operačním výkonu. Důležitou částí je také rehabilitační ošetřovatelství, které je zaměřeno především na rehabilitační postup a omezení po operaci. V praktické části je popsána metodika, organizace šetření a výběr vzorku respondentů. Následně jsou jednotlivé výsledky šetření uvedeny v tabulkách. Diskuze obsahuje komentáře daných výsledků šetření. Závěr se zabývá shrnutím celé práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy thesis deals with the rehabilitation nursing of a patient after the hip arthroplasty. Thesis has two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I described kinesiology and anatomy of the joint, indications for surgery and the types of replacements. Furthermore, I mentioned the distribution of preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative care and the possible complications that may occur after surgery. The important part is the rehabilitation nursing which focuses primarily on the rehabilitation process and limitations after surgery. The practical part describes the methodology, organization of surveys and sampling of respondents. Subsequently, the individual results of the survey are presented in the tables. Discussion includes comments of the survey results. Conclusion deals with a summary of the whole thesis.en
