dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aplikaci Lean Managementu v servisních činnostech v elektrotechnice. V první části této bakalářské práce je formou rešerše popsáno, co znamená Lean Management, jeho historie, použití a jaký dopad má na chod společností, ve kterých je aplikován. V druhém bodě zadání je popsán rozdíl mezi servisním a výrobním podnikem, jednotlivé kroky při procesech v těchto podnicích a jaký vliv má push-pull systém. Poslední částí je použití případové studie v konkrétním servisním podniku, který se zabývá servisními činnostmi elektronických zařízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master theses presents the principles of Lean Management applied in service activities in electrical engineering. In the first part of this thesis is a form of research describing what is Lean Management, its history, use, and what impact it has on the operation of the companies in which it is applied. The second point of the task explains the differences between service and manufacturing companies, individual steps in the processes in these businesses and the influence of the push-pull system. The last part is the use of case studies in a specific service company engaged in the service activities of electronic devices.en
