dc.description.abstract-translatedAI in healthcare raises a number of ethical and legal questions. In my study, I tried to shed light on these through the principles of the Hungarian Code of Medical Ethics. These issues also affect a wide range of areas within health law, in particular the provision of patient information. The regulation of patient information has been almost fully developed over the last decade, but with the advent of AI, the time may come to amend the rules or implement new ones.en
