dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce osvětluje důvod zavedení rozdílných souřadnic obrazu a polohy podrobných bodů polohopisu na digitálních a digitalizovaných katastrálních mapách a popisuje jejich vznik, procesy digitalizace Souboru geodetických informací (SGI) a názory na změny postupů jejich provádění v letech 1994-2017. Analýzy sledovaných bodů v SGI katastrálního operátu jsou zaměřeny na celkové počty bodů, na jejich lokalizaci v území a na jejich růst. Cílem této práce je zjistit současný stav bodů s rozdílnými souřadnicemi obrazu a polohy v Informačním systému katastru nemovitostí České republiky a navrhnout postupy, jak tyto body vhodně analyzovat. Na základě výsledků analýz pak odvodit možný další vývoj. V závěru práce jsou nastíněny návrhy postupů, jak vzrůstající počty sledovaných bodů snížit a jak je využít pro možné zkvalitňování geometrického a polohového určení nemovitostí v souboru geodetických informací katastru nemovitostí ČR.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis explains the reason for introduction of different image and position coordinates for detailed points in digital and digitized cadastral maps and describes their generation, processes of digitization of the File of Geodetic Information (SGI) with respect to changes in their implementation procedures between 1994 and 2017. The analyses of the points monitored in the SGI of the cadastral dokumentation are focused on the total number of points, their location within the territory and their growth. The aim of this thesis is to determine current status of points with different image and position coordinates within the Information Systém of Real Estate Cadastre in the Czech Republik and to propose procedures how to analyze the points appropriately. Based on the results of the analyses possible further developments will be deduced. Proposals how to reduce increasing number of monitored points and how to use them for possible improvement of geometric and positional determination of real estate in the File of Geodetic Information of the Cadastre in the Czech Republic are outllined in conclucions.en
