dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na průběh těhotenství v případě Downova syndromu u plodu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá Downovým syndromem jako takovým, potřebnými vyšetřeními v těhotenství u matky a u novorozence po porodu. Závěr teoretické práce je věnován psychice ženy a péči porodní asistentky. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Obsahuje tři polostrukturované rozhovory, ve kterých participantky věděly o diagnóze Downova syndromu již v těhotenství. Hlavním cílem této studie je prozkoumat prožitky a bio-psycho-sociální a spirituální potřeby žen v těhotenství s diagnózou Downova syndromu u plodu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the course of pregnancy in the case of Down syndrome in the fetus. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with Down syndrome as such, necessary examinations in pregnancy in the mother and in the newborn after birtch. The conclusion of the theoretical work is devoted to the psyche of the woman and the care of the midwife. The practical part is elaborated in the form of qualitative research. It includes three semi-structured interviews in which the participants knew about the diagnosis of Down syndrome already in pregnancy. The main aim of this study is to explore the experiences and bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs of women in pregnancy with a fetal diagnosis of Down syndrome.en
