dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá frakcionačními režimy používanými v léčbě nádorů hlavy a krku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část v prvních kapitolách popisuje základní specifika nádorů hlavy a krku. Dále seznamuje s léčebnými možnostmi s důrazem kladeným na radioterapii. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na frakcionaci a různé režimy ozařování. V praktické části je na kazuistikách pěti pacientů demonstrováno použití alternativních frakcionačních režimů v ORL oblasti.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on fractionation schedules , which are commonly used for treatment of head and neck cancers. The thesis is divided into two parts - the teoretical one and the practical one. The first chapters of the theoretical part describe the main characteristics of head and neck tumors. This part also describes the therapeutical possibilities, emphasising the radiotherapy. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on fractionation and different schemes it. The practical part of consisted from five case reports demonstrate the use of alternative schemes of fractionation in head and neck tumors.	en
