dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma "Syndrom vyhoření zdravotnických záchranářů" se zabývá současnou problematikou syndromu vyhoření a jeho dopadů na psychosociální zdraví zdravotnických záchranářů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je složena z poznatků z odborné literatury, poskytuje úvod do problematiky a vysvětluje základní pojmy. Dělí se na tři kapitoly. První je zaměřena na popis práce zdravotnického záchranáře, druhá na téma syndrom vyhoření a třetí má za úkol tyto dvě témata propojit. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky získané z výzkumného šetření. Zkoumali jsme dopady výkonu povolání na psychosociální zdraví záchranářů a rozdíly v dopadech na záchranáře pracující v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a na záchranáře pracující v nemocniční péči. Dále jsme zkoumali rozdíly dopadů práce na specifické skupiny záchranářů, přesněji v oblasti syndromu vyhoření, tolerance stresu, únavy a sebehodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis on the topic "Burnout Syndrome of Paramedics" deals with the current issue of burnout syndrome and its impact on the psychosocial health of paramedics.The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part consists of findings from the literature, provides an introduction to the problematics and explains the basic concepts. It is divided into three chapters. The first one is focused on the description of the work of a paramedic, the second one on the topic of burnout syndrome and the third one is aimed at connecting these two topics. The practical part describes the results obtained from the research investigation. We examined the impact of the profession on the psychosocial health of paramedics and the differences in the impact on paramedics working in pre-hospital emergency care and those working in hospital care. Furthermore, we examined differences in the impact of work on specific groups of paramedics, specifically in the areas of burnout syndrome, stress tolerance, fatigue and self-evaluation.en
