| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na edukaci pacientů podstupujících aloplastiku kyčelního kloubu. Cílem práce je zhodnocení přínosu edukace pro tyto pacienty po psychické a fyzické stránce a v rehabilitaci. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií kyčelního kloubu, aloplastikou kyčelního kloubu, indikacemi a komplikacemi této operace, předoperačním a pooperačním obdobím a edukací pacientů v těchto obdobích. Tato část byla vypracována s pomocí odborných literárních zdrojů. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky z výzkumu, jež byl zpracován kvalitativní metodou pomocí rozhovorů s dvěma participantkami, které v minulosti podstoupily aloplastiku kyčelního kloubu. Výsledky výzkumu poukázaly na fakt, že edukace má pro pacienty velký význam, má vliv na psychický i fyzický stav pacienta a je pro něj pří-nosná v předoperačním i pooperačním období. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the education of patients undergoing hip joint alloplasty. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the benefits of education for these patients in terms of psychological and physical aspects and in a rehabilitation process. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the hip joint, hip joint alloplasty, indications and complications of this operation, the preoperative and postoperative periods and patient education in those periods. This part was elaborated by using scientific literary sources. The practical part presents the results of the research, which was processed by using the qualitative method which used interviews with two participants who had undergone hip joint alloplasty in the past. The research results pointed out the fact that education is of great importance for patients, has an impact on the psychological and physical state of the patient and is beneficial for them in the preoperative and postoperative periods. | en |
