dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá českým předsednictvím v Radě EU v roce 2022. V práci je nejprve představena teorie předsednictví, a to konkrétně jeho funkce - administrativní, reprezentační, vyjednávací, určování politických priorit, obhajování národních zájmů a principy rotace a nestrannosti. Následně se práce konkrétně věnuje českému předsednictví a představuje 5 priorit, které si české předsednictví stanovilo - tj. zvládnutí uprchlické krize a poválečná obnova Ukrajiny, energetická bezpečnost, posílení evropských obranných kapacit a bezpečnost kybernetického prostoru, strategická odolnost evropské ekonomiky a odolnost demokratických institucí. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá hodnocením předsednictví. Nejdříve je vysvětlena problematika a uchopení hodnocení předsednictví a následně dochází pomocí metody komparace stanovených priorit a skutečně dosaženého pokroku v oblasti legislativy k hodnocení (ne)úspěšnosti předsednictví.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the Czech presidency of the Council of the EU in 2022. The thesis first examines the theory of the presidency, particulary its functions - administrative, representative, negotiating, determining political priorities, defending national interests and the principles of rotation and impartiality. Next, the thesis specifically addresses the Czech presidency and presents 5 priorities that the Czech presidency has set for itself, namely managing the refugee crisis and the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, ensuring energy security, strengthening European defense capacities and the cybersecurity, enhancing the strategic resilience of the European economy and strengthening the resilience of democratic institutions. The fourth chapter deals with the evaluation of the presidency. Initially, the issue and understanding of the evaluation of the presidency is explained. Subsequently, the evaluation of the success or failure of the presidency is carried out using the method of comparing the set priorities and the actual progress achieved in the field of legislation.en
