dc.description.abstract-translatedThe article presents the development, structure, and application of the Competency Framework for Graduates of Czech Language and Literature Teacher Education („OSKR ČJL“). It situates the framework within the broader context of educational policy and initial teacher education, reflects on its development and review process, and briefly outlines its structure, including appendices featuring examples of inspiring practice. The discussion is focused on the possibilities of implementing the framework into the initial preparation of future teachers and its use in the professional development of both novice and experienced educators in practice.en
