| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezení kulturně historického regionu Chodska, vymezení jádrové a periferní oblasti regionu, a na tomto modelovém území se zaměřit na zkoumání regionální a národní identity jeho obyvatel. Předpoklady této práce vychází z pohledu na Českou republiku jako na národní stát, ke kterému se obyvatelé země identifikují od narození, tedy se nejen identifikují s národní identitou, ale chápou se i jako součást národního státu. Oproti státnímu celku však stojí silný národopisný region se silnou identitou, jež dává základ chodskému regionalismu, ale může dát základ i pro regionální nacionalismus. Klíčové je pro tuto práci dotazníkové šetření, na jehož výsledcích pozorujeme rozdíly mezi jádrovou a periferní oblastí, která přesahuje samotný historický region. Dále pozorujeme rozdíly mezi věkovými kategoriemi, a zkoumáme zda je regionální identita Chodska slučitelná s českou národní identitou, nebo naopak dochází ke konfliktu těchto identit. Práce dospívá k závěru, že i přes silnou regionální identitu v jádru modelového území, je česká národní identita stejně významnou součástí obyvatelstva tohoto regionu. U části obyvatel původních historických vsí se nachází slabé základy pro regionální nacionalismus. Významným zjištěním je také vysoká míra sounáležitosti s regionem u mladé generace Chodů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to delimit the cultural and historical region of Chodsko, to delimit the central and peripheral areas within the region, and to focus on the examination of regional and national identity of its inhabitants in this proposed area. The premise of this work is based on the view of the Czech Republic as a nation-state which the inhabitants of the country identify themselves. That is, not only they identify themselves with the national identity but also consider themselves as a part of the nation-state. However, in contrast to the state, there is a strong ethnographic region with a strong identity, which provides the basis for Chod regionalism, but it can provide a foundation for regional nationalism as well. The key part of this work is a questionnaire survey, on the results of which we can observe the differences between the central and peripheral areas, which extends beyond the historical region itself. The thesis also examines the differences between age cohorts, and examines whether the regional identity of Chodsko is compatible with the Czech national identity, or whether there is a conflict between these identities. The thesis concludes that despite the strong regional identity in the central area of Chodsko, Czech national identity is an equally important part of the population of this region. A small minority of inhabitants of the original historical villages have demonstrated foundations for regional nationalism. Another important finding is the high extent of regional solidarity among the younger generation of Chods. | en |
