dc.description.abstractPrvní část této práce je zaměřena na vytvoření standardu pro publikování EEG/ERP experimentů založeného na instrukcích pro autory z různých odborných periodik a společných informacích z dříve publikovaných článků. Výsledkem této práce je šablona a návod, jak napsat správný a hodnotný dokument popisující EEG/ERP experiment. V další části byla šablona porovnána s ERA modelem databáze náležící EEG/ERP portálu a bylo navrženo jeho rozšíření. Poslední část této práce se zabývá vytvořením knihovny pro export dat z databáze do formátovaných výstupních dokumentů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe first part of this thesis is focused on creating a standard for publishing EEG/ERP experiments based on general instructions for authors of variety of journals and common information from the previously published articles. The result of this work is a template and guideline how to write good and useful documents from EEG/ERP experiments. In the next part the template was compared with the ERA model of the EEG/ERP Portal database, and extension of the ERA model was proposed. The last part of this thesis describes construction a library for exporting data from the database to the formated output documents.en
