Abstract
V pořadí šestá novela občanského zákoníku provedená zákonem č. 163/2020 Sb. změnila (s účinností od 1.7.2020) právní úpravu bytového spoluvlastnictví způsobem nikoliv nepodstatným. Oblastí, jíž se proběhlé změny týkaly významným způsobem, byla zejména problematika založení a vzniku společenství vlastníků jednotek.
The sixth amendment to the Civil Code, implemented by Act No. 163/2020 Coll., substantially changed (effective from 1 July 2020) the legal regulation of apartment co-ownership . The changes mainly concerned the issue of the establishment and formation of a unit owners association.
