| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním efektu lázeňské a rehabilitační léčby u pacientů s obezitou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o obezitě. Jedná se o definici, vyšetření, možnosti léčby, lázeňskou a rehabilitační léčbu. Praktická část je kvalitativní formou kazuistik a zaměřuje se na změny při hubnoucím procesu. Pro kazuistiky bylo vybráno 7 pacientů, kteří absolvovali léčbu v Hotelu Savoy Westend v Karlových Varech. S pacienty bylo provedeno měření obvodů, celkové a tukové hmotnosti, naplánování rehabilitačního plánu a hodnocení terapie. Na základě zjištěných šetření doporučuji lázeňskou a rehabilitační léčbu pro pacienty trpící obezitou spojenou se změnou proporcí a tím současně i zlepšení komorbidit obezity. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis deals with finding out the effect of spa and rehabilitation treatment in patients with obesity. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains basic information about obesity. It is a definition, examination, treatment options, spa and rehabilitation treatment. The practical part is a qualitative form of case studies and focuses on changes during the weight loss process. For the case studies, 7 patients who received treatment at the Savoy Westend Hotel in Karlovy Vary were selected. Measurements of circumferences, total and fat mass, planning of a rehabilitation plan and evaluation of therapy were carried out with the patients. On the basis of the investigations found, I recommend spa and rehabilitation treatment for patients suffering from obesity associated with a change in proportions and thus simultaneously improving the comorbidities of obesity. | en |
