dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje specifika péče o pacienty na mimotělní oběhové podpoře. Cílem této práce je zmapovat nejnovější publikované poznatky týkající se ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů na extrakorporální membránové oxygenaci. Práce je zpracována jako literární přehledová studie, kde analyzujeme výsledky dohledaných publikací týkající se daného tématu. Vyhledané publikace se zaměřují na různé aspekty ošetřovatelství (monitorace, péče o dutinu ústní, péče o rány a dekubity, prevence komplikací, podpora pacienta a jeho rodiny atd.). Práce zdůrazňuje komplexnost a náročnost ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty. Poukazuje na nedostatek publikací zaměřující se přímo na ošetřovatelskou péči a doporučuje další výzkum v této stále se rozvíjející se oblasti medicíny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the specifics of care for patients on extracorporeal circulatory support. The aim of this thesis is to map the latest published findings concerning nursing care for patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. The thesis is processed as a literature review, analyzing the results of found publications related to the given topic. The found publications focus on a various aspects of nursing (monitoring, oral care, wound and pressure ulcer care, complication prevention, patients and family support etc.). The thesis emphasizes the complexity and demanding nature of nursing care for these patients. It points out the lack of publications focusing directly on nursing care and recommends further research in this constantly envolving field of medicine.en
