dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval výběrem vhodných testových baterií k hodnocení tělesné zdatnosti dětí mladšího školního věku. Po řádné analýze všech získaných pramenů jsem zvolil a popsal tři testové baterie - Eurofit, Fitnessgram a Unifittest. Dále jsem zmínil program OVOV, který není testovou baterií, ale zabývá se také zjišťováním úrovně tělesné zdatnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části.V první jsem se zaměřil na charakteristiku mladšího školního věku, pohybových schopností a dovedností, tělesné zdatnosti a testování. Výsledky práce obsahují popis testových baterií, jejich jednotlivých testů a tabulky, které ukazují na výhody a nevýhody baterií a přehledně zaznamenávají jejich obsah. Následně jsem testové baterie porovnal mezi sebou a vybral nejvhodnější testovou baterii pro děti mladšího školního věku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this Bachelor thesis I looked at selecting suitable test batteries to assess the fitness of children of younger school age. After a proper analysis of all the sources obtained, I chose and described three test batteries - Eurofit, Fitnessgram and Unifittest. I also mentioned the OVOV programme, which is not a test battery, but also deals with the determination of fitness levels. The work is divided into two parts.In the first I focused on the characteristics of younger school age, mobility and skills, physical fitness and testing. The results of the work include a description of the test batteries, their individual tests and tables showing the advantages and disadvantages of the batteries and clearly recording their contents. I then compared the test batteries among myself and selected the most suitable test battery for children of younger school age.en
