dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou kvality zajištění dýchacích cest studenty oboru Zdravotnický záchranář. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zahrnuta anatomie a fyziologie dýchacího systému, teorie a správný postup při zajišťování dýchacích cest jednotlivými metodami a pomůckami. V závěrečné části jsou stručně popsány možnosti simulační výuky a její přínos pro studenty. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky, které byly získané pomocí přímého pozorová-ní zajištění dýchacích cest na modelu pro dospělé, který je určen k nácviku těchto doved-ností. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat kvalitu zajištění dýchacích cest u 2. a 3. ročníku oboru Zdravotnický záchranář a zároveň zhodnotit jejich nejsilnější a nejslabší místa související s tímto výzkumem. Poslední bod zkoumal zjištění, zda studenti závěrečného ročníku umí kvalitněji zajišťovat dýchací cesty než studenti 2. ročníku. Výzkumný vzorek tvořili stu-denti oboru Zdravotnický záchranář na fakultě zdravotnických studií Západočeské uni-verzity v Plzni.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing the quality of airway management by students of the Paramedic program. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, the theory, and the correct procedures for airway management using various methods and devices. The final section briefly describes the possibilities of simulation-based training and its benefits for students. The practical part presents the results obtained through direct observation of airway management on an adult model designed for practicing these skills. The aim of the study was to analyze the quality of airway management among second - and third-year paramedic students and to assess their strongest and weakest aspects related to this re-search. The final objective was to determine whether final-year students manage airways more effectively than second-year students. The research sample consisted of Paramedic students at the Faculty of Health Care Studies at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen	en
