| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou financování sociálního podnikání. Hlavními cíli této práce jsou porovnat systém sociálního podnikání v České republice se systémy sociálního podnikání vybraných států Evropské Unie a najít ideální koncept sociálního podnikání v České republice. V prvních kapitolách jsou formulovány teoretická východiska sociální ekonomiky a hlavní aspekty financování sociálních podniků v Evropské Unii a České republice. Navazující praktická část je zaměřena na komparaci financování sociálního podnikání v České republice, Itálii a Velké Británii. V této části práce je rovněž pro důkladnou analýzu a pochopení problematiky financování sociálního podnikání realizováno dotazníkové šetření mezi sociálními podniky. Výstupem této kapitoly je návrh doporučení, který by mohl podpořit finanční udržitelnost českých sociálních podniků. V druhé části praktické části je představena vybraná společnost a jsou určena specifika financování tohoto podniku. Poslední kapitola přináší konkrétní návrhy pro zlepšení financování vybraného sociálního podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted diploma thesis is specialized on the issue of financing social entrepreneurship. The main goals of the thesis are to compare the system of social business in the Czech Republic with the systems of social business of chosen states in the European Union and find ideal concept of the social business in the Czech Republic. In the opening chapters there is formulated theoretical basis regarding the social economy and the main aspects of financing for social business in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The following practical part is focused on the comparison of financing of the social business in the Czech Republic, Italy and Great Britain. In the part there is also realized the research by questionnaire between social enterprises for thoroughly analysis and understanding of the issue of financing social entrepreneurship. The escalation of the chapter is a devised proposal which could support the financial stability for Czech social enterprise. In the second part of the practical part is introduced the selected company and its specifics of financing are determined. The last chapter is devoted to the particular proposals for improvements of the financing of the selected social enterprise. | en |
