dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je popsat transformaci politického režimu v Gruzii v letech 2003 až 2013. Klíčovou otázkou samotné bakalářské je tedy problematika politického zřízení. Konkrétně zda bylo zřízení demokratičtější v období před či po růžové revoluci. Zvláštní pozornost je pak věnována vnitřnímu zřízení, kde je předmětem mého výzkumu reforma implementace post revoluční vlády na pozadí předchozí vlády a jejich úrovně korupce, ekonomických záležitostí, kriminality atd. Práce se zabývá důvody revoluce růží, které vysvětlují konec vládnoucí éry Eduarda Shevardnadzeho. Práce rovněž vyzdvihuje vývoj politických systému po restauraci nezávislosti v Gruzii, volební proces a jeho spravedlivost a transparentnost z předešlých let. Tato práce dále popisuje vzestup a pád režimu Mikheila Saakasvhiliho. Role voleb z pohledu demokracie je posuzována autorem v letech 2012 2013.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the transformation of the political regime in Georgia from 2003 to 2013. The key research question of the essay is about the regime. To be more specific, when the system was more democratic, before or after the Rose revolution. In addition to this, special attention is given to the internal politics, the main subject of the research is the reform implementation of the post - revolutionary government, in comparison with the previous regime in related with the level of corruption, crime, economic issues, etc. The thesis deals with the reasons of Rose revolution, which describes the end of Eduard Shevardnadze's leadership. The paper also points out the development of political systems after the restoration of independence in Georgia, the electoral process or the level of their fairness and transparency between these years. This study describes the rise and fall of Mikheil Saakashvili´s regime. The appraises of the author regarding to the role of elections in 2012-2013 from the perspective view of democracy.en
