dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřená na kognitivní poruchy u schizofrenie a jejich terapeutické ovlivnění zejména z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Teoretická část uvádí popis schizofrenie její dělení, formy, průběh a příznaky. Dále uvádí možnosti léčby a popis jednotlivých kognitivních deficitů. V poslední řadě je zde popsána kognitivní rehabilitace jako celek a také její zaměření na jednotlivé kognitivní poruchy. Praktická část byla prováděna pomocí kazuistického šetření. Během šetření byli sledováni tři klienti s diagnózou paranoidní schizofrenie, po dobu tří měsíců. Po celou dobu byla prováděna intenzivní kognitivní rehabilitace. Výsledky všech klientů byly průběžně zaznamenávány a vyhodnoceny během výstupního hodnocení a potvrdily tak dané hypotézy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on cognitive disorders within schizophrenia and their therapeutic influence from the ergotherapist´s point of view. The theoretical part describes schizophrenia, its classification, form, progress and its symptoms. It also includes options of the medical treatment and descriptions particular cognitive lacks. Besides other things, it describes cognitive rehabilitation as a whole and its focus on particular cognitive disorders. The practical part is based on the casuistic survey. The three inmates, who were diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, were observed in three-month period of time. While observation an intensive cognitive rehabilitation was applied on all of them. All inmates´ results were continuously recorded and evaluated in output evaluation and confirms so the hypotheses.en
