dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy a hodnocení metod a nástrojů controllingu ve společnosti stauner palet s.r.o. a navržení doporučení a opatření pro zlepšení controllingového řízení ve vybraném podniku. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je charakterizován význam, koncepce, funkce a druhy controllingu a provedena analýza metod a nástrojů controllingu. V praktické části práce je nejprve představena společnosti, která se zabývá výrobou kovových palet. Dále je provedena analýza metod a nástrojů controllingu, které byli definovány v teoretické části práce. Poslední kapitola shrnuje provedené analýzy a jsou navržena doporučení a opatření pro zlepšení controllingového řízení ve vybraném podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented diploma thesis is focused on an implementation of analysis and an evaluation of methods and instruments of controlling in company stauner planet ltd and suggesting advice and measures to improve controlling procedure in the chosen company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the importance, concept, function and types of controlling are described and there is performed an analysis of methods and instruments of controlling. In practical part there is first introduced a company for production of metal pallets. Then there is performed an analysis of methods and instruments of controlling that were defined in the theoretical part. The last chapter summarizes the performed analyses and there are suggested advice and measures to improve the controlling management in the company.en
