| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se zabývá tématem sňatkové migrace v souvislosti s fingovanými sňatky.Tento fenomén je spojován zejména s migrací cizinců ze třetích zemí. Tato kategorie cizinců bývá státními úředníky nejčastěji posuzována. V této práci jsou identifikovány hlavní faktory, které vstupují do posuzování státních úředníků.Dále se práce zaměřuje na způsoby hodnocení cizinců a binacionálních párů na základě jejich "představení" a určování indicií naznačujících, že se jedná právě o fingovaný vztah. | cs |

In this work are identified principal factors which are taken to consideration of civil servants.
