dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá traumatickým poraněním periferních nervů na horní končetině, jejich vyšetřením a možnostmi rehabilitace. V teoretické části se práce zabývá obecným přehledem periferního nervstva na horní končetině, způsobech poranění, degeneraci a následné regeneraci nervu. Dále se zabývá samotnou léčbou konzervativní, chirurgickou a způsoby rehabilitace. V praktické části se pak práce věnuje konkrétnímu případu otevřeného poranění nervus ulnaris s následnou neurochirurgickou operací, podrobnými dvěma vyšetřeními v rozmezí několika let, kdy v mezidobí těchto dvou vyšetření pacient docházel ambulantně na rehabilitaci. Při porovnání výsledků vyšetření vyšlo najevo zlepšení u pacienta na senzitivní i motorické části nervus ulnaris.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with traumatic injuries of peripheral nerves of the upper limb, their examination and rehabilitation options. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with a general overview of the peripheral nerves of the upper limb, ways of injuries,degeneration and subsequent regeneration of the nerve. It also deals with conservative therapy, surgical therapy and rehabilitation methods. The practical part of the work is devoted to a particular case of open ulnar nerve injury with subsequent neurosurgical operations, detailing two examinations within a few years, when in the meantime of these two examinations the patient was attending rehabilitation.Improvement in the patient's sensory and motor parts of the ulnar nerve became clear when comparing the results of the research.en
