dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci s duševně nemocným pacientem a deeskalační techniky. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě velké kapitoly: Psychiatrie a Komunikace. Kapitola Psychiatrie se krátce zabývá duševním zdravím, vzděláním sester, právní problematikou a transformací psychiatrické péče. Dále se věnuje hlavně specifické péči o pacienta s duševní poruchou, popisem vyšetřovacích metod, způsobů terapie a duševních onemocnění. Druhá kapitola s názvem Komunikace je hlavním tématem celé práce a jsou v ní popsány obecné formy komunikace, rozhovor s pacientem, zásady komunikace s pacienty, s různými typy duševních poruch, způsoby předcházení konfliktů a deeskalační techniky. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, zda umí sestry efektivně využít svou komunikaci jako terapeutický nástroj v prevenci užití omezovacích prostředků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis is focused on communication with mentally ill patient and de-escala-tion techniques. Theoretical part is divided into two large chapters: Psychology and Communication. Chapter Psychology briefly deals with mental health, education of nurses, legal issues and transformation of Psychiatric care. It further deals mostly with work specification on psychiatry and description of examination methodologies, types of therapies and mental illnesses. Chapter Communication is the main theme of the whole bachelor thesis and there are described different kinds of mentally ill patients, ways how to avoid conflicts and de-escalation techniques. The main objective of practical part was found out, if nurses know how to effective use communication as a therapeutic tool in the prevention of use of restraints.en
