| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Mobbing ve zdravotnictví- hrozba moderní doby", se zabývá fenoménem psychického teroru v pracovním prostředí. Snaží se nabídnout komplexní pohled na tento celospolečenský problém. Náplní teoretické části bylo kvantitativní průzkumné šetření. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo nejen poodhalit povědomí o mobbingu mezi všeobecnými sestrami, ale také přispět k vyšší informovanosti. Edukační leták, který je součástí práce, může sloužit jako prevence či významně snížit následky, tohoto celosvětového problému. | cs |
