| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá petičním právem. Cílem práce je vymezit institut petičního práva na několika úrovních, zejména na úrovní ústavní, na úrovni evropské a rovněž ve světle judikatury Ústavního soudu ČR a Soudního dvora EU. Taktéž zařazení petičního práva v rámci demokracie a jeho místo mezi politickými právy. Věnovala jsem také podrobnému rozboru zákona č. 85/1990 Sb., o právu petičním. | cs |

The aim of the thesis is to define the institute of the right of petition at several levels, especially at the constitutional level, at the European level and also in the light of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the Court of Justice of the EU. Also the inclusion of the right of petition within the framework of democracy and its place among political rights.
