dc.description.abstractDisertační práce se zabývá návrhem vhodného diagnostického systému pro řízení procesů v akreditovaných zkušebních laboratořích. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty důležité oblasti teoretických východisek. Druhá část je věnovaná struktuře disertační práce, stanovení hypotéz, dále jsou zde popsány použité vědecké metody, které jsou následně použity pro vypracování disertační práce. Jádrem práce je navržení metodiky diagnostického systému pro měření výkonnosti v kontextu řízení kvality v malých a středních podnicích. Třetí část je věnovaná ověření metodiky na případové studii v reálném podniku. V závěrečné části disertační práce jsou shrnuty teoretické a praktické přínosy, vyhodnocení výsledků a ověření hypotéz.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Ph.D. thesis deals with design of a suitable diagnostic system for the process management in accredited testing laboratories. This thesis is divided into few parts. The important theoretical background is presented in the introduction part. The second part is devoted to the structure of the Ph.D. thesis, determination of hypotheses, further describes scientific methods that are used for the Ph.D. thesis preparation. The core of this Ph.D. thesis contains the design of a diagnostic system methodology for performance measurement in the context of the quality management in small and medium-sized enterprises. The third part describes the methodology verification based on case study of real enterprises. The theoretical and practical benefits, evaluation of results and hypotheses verification are presented in the final part of the Ph.D. thesis.en
