dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá přímou demokracii v právním řádu České republiky. Nejdříve je pojednáno o ústavních základech této formy demokracie. Následuje výklad o ad hoc celostátním referendu o přistoupení k EU, místním a krajské referendu. Práce je doplněna o informace o přímé demokracii v ostatních státech Visegrádské čtyřky. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům de lege ferenda a výhodám a nevýhodám přímé demokracie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the direct democracy in the legal order of the Czech Republic. First, it deals with the constitutional basis of this form of democracy. The following chapters are focused on description of the ad hoc national referendum on accession to the EU, local and regional referendum. Thesis contains information about direct democracy in other countries of the Visegrad Group. The conclusion of thesis is focused on proposals de lege ferenda and the advantages and disadvantages of direct democracy.en
