dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie u dětí s vrozenými vadami hrudníku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce, je rozebrána problematika dýchání a vrozených deformit hrudní stěny. Dále zahrnuje vyšetření dětí s vrozenými vadami hrudníku a následné možnosti fyzioterapie. V praktické části práce jsou vypracovány tři kazuistiky dětských pacientů, s vrozenou vadou hrudní stěny. Zahrnuje diskuzi o výsledcích kazuistického výzkumu. Potvrdilo se, že samotnou vadu přímo ovlivnit nelze, ale lze ovlivnit její následky. Na konci práce jsou přílohy, v nichž je fotodokumentace a ukázka cvičební jednotky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy in children with congenital chest defects. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the problems of breathing and congenital deformities of the thoracic wall are analyzed. It also includes the examination of children with congenital chest defects and subsequent physiotherapy options. In the practical part there are three case reports of children patients with congenital defect of the thoracic wall. Includes a discussion of the results of case studies. It has been confirmed that it is not possible to directly affect the defect itself, but that its consequences can be affected. At the end of the work there are attachments, in which there is a photo documentation and a demonstration of the training unit.en
