dc.description.abstract	Zabývala jsem se problematikou dětí s DMO doprovázené svalovou spasticitou. Na ovlivnění svalové spasticity jsem používala Vojtovu reflexní lokomoci, hipoterapii, lokální pozitivní a negativní termoterepii. U VRL a hipoterapie jsem zkoumala časovou účinnost terapie. Jako nejúčinnější metoda se mi osvědčila Vojtova reflexní lokomoce oproti hipoterapii, kterou bych spíše používala jako doplněk terapie, jelikož měla menší ovlivnění svalové spasticity, ale zato velice dobře fungovala na psychiku a sociální jednotku klienta. U druhé hypotézy jsem zkoumala pomocí lokální pozitivní a negativní termoterapie rozsahy kloubů, které byly postiženy svalovou spasticitou. Opět jako nejúčinnější technika se mi osvědčila lokální negativní termoterapie, která výrazně snížila svalovou spasticitu a tím zvětšila rozsah pohybu v daném kloubu. Výsledkem bylo, že všechny předem zvolené hypotézy se potvrdily.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	I dealed with the problems of children with cerebral palsy accompanied by muscle spasticity. To influence of muscle spasticity I used Vojta reflex locomotion, hippotherapy, local positive and negative termotherapy. At VRL and hippotherapy I examined the effectiveness of therapy. The most effective method appeared Vojta reflex locomotion compared to hippotherapy, I´d rather use as an adjunct therapy because it had less influence to muscle spasticity, but it worked very well as psychological and social unit of the client, For the second hypothesis, I examined using local thermotherapy positive and negative ranges of joints affected by muscle spasticity. Again, the most effective technique I attested negative local thermotherapy, which significantly reduced muscle spasticity and the increased range of motion in the joint. The result was that all the pre-selected hypothesis were confirmed.	en
