| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje stresu, morálnímu distresu a jejich důsledkům u zdravotnických záchranářů a řidičů zdravotnické záchranné služby. Obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje stres, morální distres, syndrom vyhoření a specifika práce ve zdravotnické záchranné službě. Zmiňuje také základy psychohygieny a podpory duševního zdraví. Hlavním cílem praktické části práce bylo analyzovat míru stresu včetně morálního distresu a jejich důsledků u zdravotnických záchranářů a řidičů ZZS v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Výzkum proběhl kvantitativní formou pomocí dotazníku složeného ze standardizovaných nástrojů DASS-21, PSS a části zaměřené na morální distres v konkrétních situacích. Mezi klíčová zjištění patří, že většina respondentů vykazovala mírnou až střední míru stresu a syndrom vyhoření byl označen jako nejčastější důsledek. Nejvyšší míru morálního distresu respondenti uváděli v souvislosti s chybami a nekompetencí v poskytované péči. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis focuses on stress, moral distress and their consequences in paramedics and ambulance drivers. It contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes stress, moral distress, burnout syndrome and the specifics of work in the ambulance service. It also mentions the basics of psychohygiene and mental health promotion. The main aim of the practical part of the thesis was to analyse the level of stress including moral distress and their consequences in paramedics and ambulance drivers in pre-hospital emergency care. The research was carried out in a quantitative form using a questionnaire consisting of standardized questionnaires DASS-21, PSS and a part focused on moral distress in specific situations. Key findings include that the majority of respondents reported mild to moderate levels of stress and burnout syndrome was identified as the most common consequence. The highest levels of moral distress were reported by respondents in relation to errors and incompetence in the care provided. | en |
