dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje metodám prevence a diagnostice karcinomu prsu u žen na Sokolovsku a je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část představuje preventivní a diagnostickou mamografii, hodnotí nálezy dle mamografické typologie a rozděluje je z histopatologického hlediska. Dále se zabývá určením rozsahu a příznaků onemocnění, rizikovými faktory pro jeho vznik a formami prevence, včetně samovyšetření. Praktická část pojednává o provozu mamocentra v Sokolově a informuje o vyšetřeních, která jsou tímto pracovištěm aplikována. Dotazníkový průzkum analyzuje odpovědi na jednotlivé otázky. Na vybraných kazuistikách je dále demonstrováno úskalí v diagnostice rakoviny prsu při zobrazení na mamografii a USG.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with methods of prevention and diagnostics of breast carcinoma for women in the Sokolov Region. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part presents preventive and diagnostics mammography, evaluates medical findings according to the mammographic typology and divides them from the histopathological point of view. It also deals with determining the extent and symptoms of the disease, the risk factors for its occurrence and forms of prevention, including self-examination. The practical part deals with performances of the Mammocentre in Sokolov and informs about the examinations which are implemented at this institution. The questionnaire survey analyses the answers to individual queries, and selected case studies demonstrate the pitfalls of breast cancer diagnostics when displayed on mammography and USG.en
