dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá deformitou zvanou hallux valgus, jejími možnostmi prevence a terapie. V jednotlivých kapitolách teoretické části jsou rozebrány poznatky z anatomie a kineziologie vztahující se k této problematice. Dále je zde popsána biomechanika chůze a způsob, jakým hallux valgus ovlivňuje celé držení těla. Další kapitola teoretické části popisuje prevenci, diagnostické metody a postupy, pomocí nichž lze určit stupeň deformity, a následnou konzervativní a chirurgickou léčbu. Práce pokračuje praktickou částí, která je zpracována na základě tří kazuistik. V nich je zaznamenáno vstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a postup terapie. Vybraní pacienti absolvovali deset terapií v rozmezí čtyř měsíců, které jsou zakončeny výstupním vyšetřením a vyhodnocením výsledků. Výsledky kazuistického šetření potvrzují, že došlo ke zlepšení kloubní vůle a pasivní hybnosti v prvním metatarsofalangovém kloubu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis looks into the deformity called hallux valgus, its possibilities of prevention and therapy. In the particular chapters of the theoretical part the knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology related to this issue are analyzed. Further, there is the biomechanics of walk is described as well as the way hallux valgus affects the whole body posture. The next chapter of the theoretical part describes the prevention, diagnostic methods and procedures by which the degree of deformity can be determined, followed by conservative and surgical treatment. The thesis continues with a practical part, which is based on three case studies. These case studies start with an initial examination, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and a therapy procedure. Selected patients underwent ten therapies within a four-month period ending with final examination and results evaluation. The results of the case study confirm that joint play and passive movement have been improved in the first metatarsophalangeal joint.en
