dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou povolání zdravotnického záchranáře. Popisuje rozdíly mezi zdravotnickým záchranářem pracujícím u zdravotnické záchranné služby a zdravotnickým záchranářem sloužícím v Armádě České republiky. V teoretické části je popsána výstroj, vybavení a dostupný vozový park zdravotnické záchranné služby a Armády České republiky. Dále je popsán vznik a následná terapie nejčastějších traumatických poranění vyskytujících se v přednemocniční péči a v bojových konfliktech. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny kazuistiky, ve kterých je popsán postup řešení traumatických poranění zdravotnickým záchranářem v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a vojenským zdravotnickým záchranářem v bojových podmínkách.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the profession medical rescuer. It describes the differences between the medical rescuer, who works for medical emergency services and the paramedic, who serves in the Czech Army. In the theoretical part is described equipment and available vehicles of medical emergency services and the Czech Army. It also describes the emergence and subsequent therapy of the most common traumatic injuries occurring in prehospital care and in combat conflicts. In the practical part of the thesis there are presented case studies describing the procedure of dealing with traumatic injuries by a medical rescuer in prehospital emergency care and a military paramedic in combat conditions.en
