dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je vliv praxe doprovázejících sociálních pracovnic v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče na jejich osobní život. Cílem práce je zmapovat oblasti, ve kterých je osobní život těchto pracovnic ovlivněn jejich profesní činností. Nejdříve se práce v teoretické části zabývá problematikou sociální práce, dále potom rolí doprovázející pracovnice a také konceptem work-life balance. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl realizován metodou focus groups s osmi respondentkami, které působí v neziskové organizaci zaměřující se na doprovázení rodin v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče. Práce také obsahuje přílohy; jedná se o dva doplňující materiály a sice informovaný souhlas pro účastnice rozhovorů a topic guide skupinových rozhovorů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is the influence of the practice of accompanying social workers in the field of foster family care on their personal life. The aim of the thesis is to map the areas in which the personal lives of these workers are affected by their professional activities. First, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with social work, then the role of the accompanying worker and the concept of work-life balance. The practical part is based on qualitative research, which was carried out using the method of focus groups with eight respondents who work in a non-profit organization focused on accompanying families in the field of foster care. The thesis also includes appendices; these are two supplementary materials namely the informed consent for the participants and the topic guide of the group interviews.en
