dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a zpracováním projektové dokumentace bytového domu. Cílem práce je navrhnout účelově a technicky nejpříznivější stavbu bytového domu a zdůvodnit navržené technické řešení. Práce je zpracována v přiměřeném rozsahu k příloze č.6 Vyhlášky 62/2013 Sb.o dokumentaci staveb v souladu se zadáním diplomové práce. Závěr práce obsahuje odůvodnění navržených technologií a použitých materiálů. Přílohu tvoří projektová dokumentace objektu, tj. architektonicko-stavební část obsahující stavební výkresy a detailnější popis objektu v podobě technické zprávy, stavebně technické řešení včetně výkresů tvarů a základního posouzení vybraných prvků na objektu, koncepce požárně bezpečnostního řešení objektu obsahující technickou zprávu požárně bezpečnostního řešení a doplňující výkresy, včetně koncepce části techniky prostředí staveb s částí pro řešení vytápění. Výkresová dokumentace je zpracována v programu Auto CAD.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe here presented thesis deals with the project design and the following design development of a block of flats (GB) or an appartment building (US). The aim of the exercise was to design and present the best possible technical solutions of the realization for that design and the reasoning behind. The thesis has been compiled according to 6th addition to the Declaration 62/2013, dealing with the continuous assessment of building projects in accordance with the award of a thesis theme. The summary explains the reasoning behind the suggested technologies and proposed materials. The supplement contains the project documentation, the architectural drawings and the more detailed description of the object , the technical systems, the solutions for the technical building including the drawings of the proposed elements. There are furthermore detailed considerations and drawings of the fire safety aspects of the project, as well as the state-of-the-art solutions for the technical supplies (water, air, heating, sewer) of the proposed building. The drawings have been completed using AutoCAD.en
