dc.description.abstractTato bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou edukace pacienta před výkonem v celkové anestezii. Zaměřuje se také na průběh podání celkové anestezie a možné komplikace, zejména pak ve spojitosti s nedodržením režimových opatření. V textu je teoreticky probrán edukační proces samotný včetně právní problematiky a historie, je popsána role anesteziologické sestry v tomto procesu i její význam. V obsahu práce je rovněž zahrnuta otázka správné komunikace s pacientem a význam získání jeho důvěry ke zdravotnímu personálu. V praktické části se pokouším zjistit, jaký je nejčastější průběh předoperační přípravy a spokojenost pacienta s formou edukace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis discusses the importance of educating the patient before the planned general anesthesia. The focus is also on the overall procedure of general anesthesia and the possible complications that can be caused by not following the given recommendations. The theoretical part includes description of the procedure, law issues and some historical background. The role of the nurse is also highlighted as well as the importance of effective communication with the patient as it is crucial to gain their trust. Aim of the practical part is to find out the commonly used process of preoperative preparation of the patient and also how the patients are satisfied with the form of education they get.en
