dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracování projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro novostavbu administrativní budovy, která bude sloužit jako sídlo společnosti pro realizaci dřevostaveb. Součástí práce je popis architektonického, stavebního a technologického řešení, statické posouzení některých konstrukčních prvků, tepelně technické posouzení konstrukcí a požárně bezpečnostní řešení stavby. Jedná se o třípodlažní částečně podsklepený objekt. Nosná konstrukce vrchní stavby je tvořena dřevěným těžkým skeletem. Spodní stavba je tvořena stěnovým konstrukčním systémem z monolitického železobetonu. Dále bylo vypracováno rozšiřující téma bakalářské práce "Modulární výstavba dřevěných konstrukcí." Výkresová dokumentace byla vytvořena ve studentské verzi programu Archicad 27. Statický návrh byl vypracován pomocí programů FIN 2D, FIN 3D a Scia Engineer. Pro tepelně technický návrh byly využity programy Teplo 2017 EDU, Area 2017 EDU.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create project documentation for a building permit for a new administrative building, which will serve as the headquarters of a company specializing in timber construction. The thesis includes structural analysis of selected building elements, thermal-technical assessment of the structures, and a fire safety solution for the building. The building is a three-story structure with a partial basement. The superstructure consists of a timber frame, while the substructure is made of a wall construction system using monolithic concrete. The extended topic of the bachelor's thesis is titled "Modular Construction in Timber Structures." The blueprints were created using the student version of Archicad 27. The structural design was carried out using FIN 2D, FIN 3D, and Scia Engineer. The thermal-technical assessment was performed using tthe softwares Teplo 2017, Area 2017.en
