dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výrobní linky včetně zpracování návrhů na zlepšení této linky. Při zpracování studie bylo provedeno vybalancování jednotlivých pracovišť na lince pro různý počet pracovníků, a tím došlo k odstranění úzkého místa. U každé navržené varianty byly zhodnoceny úspory a na základě těchto úspor byla pomocí Saatyho metody vybraná nejvhodnější varianta.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the production line, including suggestions for improvements of this production line. During the elaboration of the study, the individual workplaces were balanced and thus eliminating the bottleneck. For each proposed variant, the savings were evaluated and on the basis of these savings, the most suitable variant was selected.en
