dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je nabídnout analýzu poštovního práva a poštovní správy v 19. století. Toto století představuje období, kdy v oblasti poštovního práva došlo k velkým změnám. V oblasti vnitrostátního práva bylo započato s pracemi na novém poštovním zákoně, který byl vydán roku 1838, a na něj navazovala celá řada dalších právní předpisů. V tomto období se se také setkáváme s uzavíráním jednotlivých mezinárodních smluv týkajících se poštovního práva. Poštovní historii nám nepřipomínají pouze právní předpisy poštovního práva ale budovy dodnes existujících starých poštovních stanic, milníky při silnicích nebo symbolika poštovní trubky, která přetrvala dodnes.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to offer an analysis of postal law and postal administration in the 19th century. This century represents a period when great changes took place in the field of postal law. In the field of national law, work began on the new Postal Act, which was published in 1838, and was followed by a number of other pieces of legislation. This period also saw the conclusion of various international treaties relating to postal law. Postal history is reminded not only by postal legislation but also by the buildings of the old post offices that still exist today, the milestones along the roads and the symbolism of the post pipe, which has survived to this day.en
